poor air conditioning

rude staff

the air conditioning didn’t function well at all, making my stay quite stuffy. i also couldn't believe the staff refused to provide bottled water because they were too busy counting money, absolutely ridiculous! i almost considered giving a good review, but seriously, where was my complimentary gesture?

We had a fun time exploring the nearby zoo, which features over 850 animal species and beautifully designed habitats. The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfy, making it an ideal spot for our family adventure, especially with two teenagers.

My kids wished there were more activities for families.
