    The air conditioning didn't function well at all. I also couldn't believe the staff refused to provide bottled water because they were too busy counting money, ridiculous! I almost considered giving a good review, but seriously, where was my complimentary gesture?

    The hotel's location near the train station made it super convenient for our family's adventure! We loved visiting the nearby zoo, which has over 850 animal species spread across 25 hectares-my kids had a blast exploring! The breakfast was also fantastic, really catering to everyone's tastes.

    In my wife's opinion, more luggage storage would be great for families.
